This Privacy Policy explains how Japahub Global LTD (“Japahub”, “we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Japahub for Business advertiser platform at business.japahub.com (the “Service”).

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (account, business profile, billing details, campaign content), information about how you use the Service (logs, device, IP), and aggregated information about ads served on the Japahub consumer platform (impression counts, click counts, placement, viewer country - never the viewer's personal identity).

2. How we use information

To operate the advertiser platform, fulfill payments, serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, communicate about your campaigns, and comply with applicable law.

3. Sharing

We share information with payment processors (Flutterwave, Paystack, and in the future Stripe) strictly as needed to process payments, with service providers under written confidentiality, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

4. Audience data

Audience-level metrics returned to advertisers are aggregated and do not identify individual Japahub users. Targeting attributes are matched server-side; advertisers never receive the underlying viewer identities.
