These Terms govern your access to and use of the Japahub for Business advertiser platform. By creating an account or running a campaign, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account & eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. Provide accurate business and billing information. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms or the Advertiser Policy.

2. Campaign content

You are responsible for the content of your ads and must comply with the Advertiser Policy. We may reject, remove, or pause any campaign that violates the policy, applicable law, or that we consider harmful to the Japahub community.

3. Fees & billing

Ads are priced at a flat daily rate for each placement, as listed on the Pricing page, with a lower daily rate for longer runs. You pay for the days your campaign is scheduled to run, not for impressions or clicks, and you pay the full price of the run when you book it. Monthly partner plans are agreed with us in writing and invoiced separately. Payments are processed by Flutterwave or Paystack. Refunds are governed by Section 6.

4. Measurement

Impression and click counts reported in your dashboard are authoritative. Discrepancies with third-party measurement tools are not grounds for refund.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your creative; you grant Japahub a license to host, display, and distribute it on the Japahub platform solely to deliver the campaign you authorized.

6. Refunds

If we reject a campaign after you have paid for it, the full amount is credited to your advertiser balance. If we stop a campaign before its run ends for any reason other than a breach of these Terms or the Advertiser Policy, the value of the days not yet run is credited the same way. You can apply credit to a future campaign, or ask for it to be refunded to your original payment method within 30 days of the campaign's scheduled end date. Days that have already run are non-refundable except for system errors attributable to Japahub.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
